Hi, I’m Melissa Cosentino! I’m a full-time NYS Licensed Associate Broker and a NJ Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. I care for every single client I deal with as if they were close friends and family of mine. I love the work I do and meeting the beautiful people along the way.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, I now live in Staten Island. When I’m not working with clients, I’m a mother of three kids, two amazing sons and a daughter. I am part of my child’s school PTA board. Through my own family life, I’ve learned the importance of having a solid and comfortable place to raise my children with my husband, and with that knowledge, when I work with a client I want to find them a place to truly live and grow in. I look at every single home I sell as a seed I’m planting, where beautiful memories will one day be grown within.

When I have free time, I love to blow off some steam exercising. This hobby of mine has instilled a sort of “goal oriented” viewpoint on life, wherein I understand the value of working hard for something. So when you come to me, with your hard earned paycheck with a vision in mind, I’m determined to do whatever it takes to help that vision come to life.

This is not about sales for me; this is about helping people start another chapter in their lives. I understand that taking the step of working with a real estate agent is a part of a bigger step of shaping your life into what you want it to be, and with that, I’m here to help you achieve that.
