I'm a full-time NYS licensed Real Estate Associate Broker. I have been in the business for over a decade now and have always loved helping people find their dream homes. I've always had a great appreciation for architecture and construction. In the past in addition to helping friends and family find homes I have overseen the construction of two of my own homes from start to finish and am really savvy with all the details involved with building a home. I take pride in those experiences and believe that having that background under my belt is a true benefit to my clients because I have a broad understanding of details to look out for, from a constructive standpoint, when it comes to finding a perfect home.

I was born in Italy and speak fluent Italian but have been a resident of Staten Island most of my life. This allowed me to become accustomed to all the neighborhoods and types of homes available from one end of the island to the other. I have also resided in various parts of the island myself over the years. This helps me quickly identify the types of homes that my clients are looking for when they make an individualized request or prefer a specific type of home. I can immediately zone in on the areas that hold an inventory for their home type. As well as traditional sales, my specialties also include Short-sales and Foreclosures. I have also worked with 203k loans and 1031 exchanges. I’m a bit of a nerd, so to speak and am always taking classes to further my knowledge on all aspects of real estate.

Prior to finding my passion in real estate, I was a stay at home mom of 4 boys. I also volunteered at their school running committees and also ran an embroidery business out of my home. Before that I was a production manager/pattern maker for a ladies wear company. I presently use my management experience when overseeing transactions for my buyers and sellers.

My overall goal will always be to accommodate all my clients' needs from every angle and with due diligence to ensure the smoothest transactions possible.
